Cleanse and dry your skin, put on the 7 colour red light therapy LED face mask, choose a light mode and relax for around 10 to 20 minutes. Most people use it three to five times a week and follow with their usual serum or moisturiser.

For our red light therapy devices, including the LED face mask and the LED eye mask, three to five short sessions a week works well. Consistency matters more than long sessions, and results usually build over several weeks.

Yes, when used as instructed. Our LED, microcurrent and EMS devices are made for at-home use, but they are not medical devices. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or use a pacemaker or other implant, check with a qualified professional before using light therapy, microcurrent or EMS.

Microcurrent and EMS devices, such as the microcurrent facial device and the EMS face and neck massager, work best with a thin layer of conductive gel or a water-based serum. LED and red light devices need nothing extra.

It depends on your goal. For lifting and tone, look at the microcurrent facial device or the EMS face and neck massager. For overall skin and red light therapy, the LED face mask or the skincare wand. For pores and texture, the ultrasonic skin scrubber or the blackhead remover vacuum.
