Every Lumavir purchase is backed by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The process is straightforward, and it applies to every device in the range, from an LED face mask to a microcurrent facial device or hair tool.

You can return any beauty-technology device within the 30-day window. To keep things fair for everyone, please send items back in their original condition and packaging where possible, including any cables, attachments and accessories.

Because many Lumavir products are personal-care devices used on the skin, we ask that you stop using an item if you intend to return it. Faulty items are always covered regardless of condition (see below).

Email info@lumavir.com with your order number and a brief note on what you would like to do. We will send you return instructions. Please package the device securely for the journey back to us.

Once we have received and checked your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. Because UK shipping is free, there is no delivery charge to deduct from your refund.

The quickest way to exchange is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the device you want. Browse the full range any time in the shop.

If an item arrives defective, damaged or not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you. Email us a photo and your order number and we will put it right. Faulty items are covered beyond the 30-day window in line with your statutory rights.

Yes. You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund, provided it has not yet been dispatched.

This policy sits alongside, and does not affect, your legal rights as a UK consumer. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day cooling-off period to change your mind, and under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee is more generous than the statutory minimum.
