Every Lumavir order ships free across the United Kingdom, with an estimated delivery of 7 to 10 business days. Here is how dispatch, delivery and tracking work for your order.
Where does Lumavir ship?
Lumavir ships within the United Kingdom only, covering England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not currently offer international shipping. We dispatch to UK addresses whether you have ordered an LED face mask, a red light therapy mask, a microcurrent facial device, an EMS face massager, an ultrasonic skin scrubber or an automatic hair curler.
How much does UK shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum spend, and nothing is added at checkout, whether you order a single LED face mask or a multi-device bundle.
How long does UK delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 7 to 10 business days from the moment you order, broken down as:

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed over a weekend or bank holiday begin handling on the next business day.
How is my order packaged?
Every device is checked and securely packed before dispatch so your beauty technology arrives in full working order. Items in a bundle are usually sent together in a single parcel.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking reference by email. You can check its status any time on our Track Your Order page. If you have not received a dispatch email within three business days, please check your spam folder and then contact us.
Can I change my delivery address?
If you need to correct your delivery address, contact us within the 24-hour cancellation window after ordering and we will update it where the order has not yet been dispatched.
What if my delivery is delayed or fails?
Estimated times are guidance, not guarantees. Courier demand, postal volumes at peak periods and circumstances outside our control can occasionally cause delays. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, or a delivery attempt fails, contact us and we will help track the parcel and arrange redelivery.
Cancellations and returns
