Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Lumavir website and any order you place with us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Lumavir is a UK beauty-technology retailer based at Kiln House, 14 St. Thomas Street, Bristol BS1 6WL, United Kingdom.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract to buy from Lumavir.

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable VAT. We aim to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate across the range, but errors can occur. If we find an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will let you know and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your item. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error is identified, and we will refund any payment already taken.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor, Stripe, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. See our privacy policy for how payment data is handled.

Lumavir products are at-home beauty-technology devices, not medical devices, and results vary from person to person. Please read and follow the instructions supplied with each device. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or use a pacemaker or other implant, consult a qualified professional before using light-therapy, microcurrent or EMS devices.

You may cancel within 24 hours of ordering. Delivery timeframes are set out in our shipping policy, and returns and refunds in our returns and refunds policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Offers, discounts and multi-device bundles are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. They cannot be applied retrospectively to existing orders.

The Lumavir name, logo, site content and product imagery are owned by Lumavir or its licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Please use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt or misuse it, or to infringe our rights or those of others.

To the extent permitted by law, Lumavir is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from use of a device contrary to its instructions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version that applies to your order.
